I want to lose about 40 pounds so I am out of the obese category. Okay, and I want to look better too!
I like being physically active. I like exercise classes - a set day/time provides a discipline I don't have in myself. I struggle with eating and eat out of boredom and stress. I don't follow a foodplan, and I'm stubbornly resistant to "diets". I wish I liked healthier foods more than junk food. Sorry, that's probably not very motivating. I think I could learn to like healthy foods.
