Write everything i eat Drink enough water Eat light Gelatine when i was hungry (IT is WATER!!) Walk not less than 20 blocks each day Weight register EVERY DAY AT SAME TIME!!! I lost 79.36 pounds!!!
It is very very important to write everything you eat. And to register your weight EVERY DAY at the same time! Besides DRINK LOT OF WATER) you will have your stomach full everytime!! (LOL)

6 kg is only 13 lbs- and you lost over 100 before! I know you can do it! I'm rooting for ya, i have 40 lbs to lose still gained and found out i have thyroid issues, but I am workin out again, so we will see- I'ma try again. Good luck to you and I KNOW you can do it.
Thanks for the spark goodie. I love getting little goodies its always fun. Hows the weight loss going for you in this new year? Mine is going ok. Slow but sure. I have 4 pounds more I want to lose and then I will work on staying there. My sons all think I look good now.But they loved me big too so who is asking them. hahaha. My oldest is 25 the next one is 22 and the twins are 19. I tried for a girl after the 2 boys and doubled my boys with twins. I was shocked but have never been happier. How is your little guy? Treesa
