2010 is MY year!!! I know I can do this! I have lost weight before! After I had my son in 2003, I lost all my pregnancy weight (65 lbs.) plus an additional 20 lbs! I have been at that weight (plus/minus a few pounds since Dec. 2003). I worked very hard to get that weight off! I have always liked to exercise! I think it is in my blood! Both my parents are into exercise too, so I guess I learned it from them. Since 2003, I have really ramped up my exercise and made it part of my everyday life. I started running in Sept. 2003 and since then have completed over 30 races . . . 3 of them were half marathons! If someone would have told me that one day I would be a "runner" I would have thought they were crazy!!! I love that runners high!!! My other cardio passion is cycling! I love indoor cycling & outdoors too. I got certified in Spinning in Dec. 2004 and have been teaching Spinning classes ever since. I'm also into lifting weights. I used to be a personal trainer, but decided it really wasn't for me. I'm glad I tried it though, because I gained a lot of knowledge from getting that certification.

My Program:
Tracking is the key to losing weight for me. I need to track every single thing that I eat! Drinking water is a big part of losing weight too. I have been thinking about giving up drinking pop for awhile. I finally took the next step! I gave up my beloved Diet Pepsi on Jan. 25, 2010. So far so good!si. I'm a work in progress!

My name is Laura. I live in Ohio. I'm married to my high school sweetheart. We have (2) wonderful kids: a daughter who is 9 & our son who is 7.
Other Information:
Some of my hobbies include: photography & scrapbooking. I also love to water ski. I guess it's a hobby, because I enjoy doing it & I'm OK at it. I also love to travel. I wish I could do more of it!
