I'm ironing out the details of that... it's his time (therefore his money) so I'm not sure what is going to happen. It might not work out for timing anyway, but you can for sure come to pole dancing/dinner/out after!

You know my goal is simple, just to be fit, healthy and hopefully slow down if not personally eliminate some of the family health issues. My mom has had both knees replaced and at a young age which I dont desire to follow suit in. High blood pressure runs in the family and I find exercise helps me manage my stress and keeps my blood pressure manageable. Plus Maculardegeneration runs in the family and I too can reduce chances of that by exercising and not smoking so I have a double win there.

I would like to finish toning and eliminating all excess body fat to a comfortable level which I am making progress toward.

Not sure on the inspirtation piece. I do what I do because it makes me feel good, sometimes tired but good none the less. I am less grabby, I sleep better, I have more energy and get up and go so it is well worth the time/energy spent as long as I keep up with calorie intake to support my activity level.

That is awesome, wish I had that much time to spend on training. Can only maybe do that on the weekend. However with working 8 hrs a day 5 days a wk and school 4 nights a week I dont push weekends as I need to make up for rest I am not getting during the week.

I am hoping to register for my first 5k, which is the Thanksgiving 5k at Como Lake. Next goal is to get some outside run time. I get to work with my friend/trainer on weights on Friday evenings after work and he pushes hard but I would try to squeeze in a bit more strength training during the week.

Still trying to find my balance point to a degree I guess.
