I am a typical Geek, who, in geek fashion, does not get enough exercise, and lives off of easy cooking, fast food, and sugary drinks.
So after a family outing a while ago, I was reviewing the pictures we had taken. The first thing I notice? My face. It is this pleasantly rounded chubby face I didn't realize had gotten to look like a butterball.
I decided at that point that I was going to loose the roundness! All over. Banish it out of my life!!
So here starts the epic journey of loosing a few rounded parts of myself!
Be able to wear clothing because I like the style, not the way it hides my gut.
To eat when I'm hungry, NOT when I'm stressed or bored!
To become a runner! I envy runners, such an awesome, relaxing exercise.
Be able to feel comfortable to wear t-shirts with out a hoodie over them (I do this even in the summer).
QUIT SMOKING! (Hardest goal yet)
Be happy with being healthy, not doing this for a number on a scale, but a sense of well being for myself!

Track everything I shove into my face.
Hit the gym 3-4 times a week. And rotate exercise days between, upper, lower, core and full body.
Stay on track!!!!!!!!!
Don't over work myself (I did this and got runners knee....yay.)
Keep at it and motivate myself as much as possible!!!
I love sweet bready things. They are my arch nemesis when it comes to diets.
May 2011 I completed a Bachelors in Fine Arts with an emphasis in Sculpture.
I love reading more then I think may be healthy. :)
I am obsessed with astronomy. I love learning about the universe and everything about that 'final frontier'.
I am a HUGE geek. I love Star Wars, comic books, Star Trek, Harry Potter, Video Games (xbox), Zombie flicks/books, horror movies, sci-fi in general and fantasy, and a good dystopian novel.
I also love my two pitbulls, my abnormally large cat and my amazing husband. :)

Hey lady thanks for your comments. If you miss running is suggest going for it anyway you can. It honestly felt wonderful yesterday running and I realized why I started it to begin with. I hope everything is going great for you

Went about 150 over calories yesterday not too bad Im getting there! Will aim to stay within range today! Plus its a snow day woohoo! So ill be distracted making snowmen with the kids, no time for food lol!!
