    Please keep in mind this was just meant as a stimulus to make people think about weight loss from a totally different, perhaps, perspective. It is, of course, far from scientific as it ignores a multitude of factors that physicians take into account from a patient's medical history.

    It only was meant as a tool.

    Thanks for your great response on my blog. And you do see 12 Step thinking -- 12 Step programs saved my life! If it wasn't for them I'd still be running around trying to figure out why my life was such a mess. And ... once I did a 5th Step on being a time debtor ... and the person I gave it to said, you have a lot of ADD issues. WHAT! ?!?!? I started exploring the possibility, reading, went to local CHADD meetings ... and sure enough ... But I don't think I would have even been able to "hear" being told that I'm ADD if I hadn't spent those years before in 12 Step Programs, learning to look at my part in various situations. 12 Step Programs taught me how to live, & I wish everyone would have to go to them & get those same instructions -- the world would be a better place!
