Laura for your kind comment on my blog 'Hiking under a threatening sky'. It could well be that the patient you take care of never becomes aggressive. My mother had a stage with strong paranoia, when she was terrified for parts of the day (she would go outside and scream: "help me, help me, they want to kill me!" and was convinced my father wanted to harm her). Yet she never ever became violent. So it is difficult to know really what will happen, some people remain their lovely selves, others become very threatening. All the best to you!
Sorry for the late response. I was visiting a friend in Albuquerque and just got home. I get 2 daily emails that list free and bargain books for Kindle. One is Pixelofink.com and the other is ReadersIQ. One book is called "21 Day Sugar Detox" by Sarah Green. I haven't gotten into that one yet. The first one was The Sugar Detox: Diet Challenge. I found that one not very helpful and I never got to any useful "nuts and bolts" of getting off it. It was mostly talk about various sugars and kind of scientific. It did not hold my interest and I deleted it. Maybe I'm just not ready or even capable of "giving up sugar". Anyway, the 2 emails have given me over 600 free books, so even that information is useful to you if you like to read! Good luck!
