Back to basics. That means three healthy meal per day with no snacking in between. No refined carbohydrates and getting moderate amounts of exercise. Weight loss will hopefully be a side-effect of making better choices.
Just wanted to say thanks for trying to re-spark the Men's Only Group. I've been on and off SP for several years, and it is hard sometimes to stay motivated w/o help. Keep up the good work, and I'll see you in the forums.
