Journey to being a Healthy Momma
After having a baby and struggling to lose 40 pounds I am determined to shed the weight and be the healthiest mom and wife I can be! Although I have PCOS which can sometimes make weight loss a little more challenging, I lost 60 pounds (and was at a healthy weight!) before getting pregnant with my son. However I've found it very difficult to get back into shape since having a baby but am very determined to make it happen! My goal is to reach a healthy BMI through an active lifestyle and healthy eating!
