I danced to- day and I have said what I did in the what exercise thread in our group did you do today thread.
I also did other for 30 minutes. The bee Gees.
I put the name of the group and it asked what calories. How do I know calories. I only know the time.
I am sure somewhere in my fitness tracker that it will give me the calories when I do dancing.
I really need help in this. I asked our leader first then you and then My amazing Granddaughter who is a fitness work out gal age 23 loves to do all exercises going. And is excellent. I asked her the calories.She right now is doing Exam's at University so she may not get back to me. I am new herein your group. Like a week . She goes to the gym five times a week. Her tummy is as flat as a pancake. And she can hang like a monkey on bars. Does squats jumps from ground to up high platform. She amazes me and is size 2. She has her video on Facebook. I am so proud of her. She has last year to be a school teacher. Finished in May.
