Hello! I'm Lauren, and I'm 18 years old. I'm 5'6" and my starting, and highest, weight was around 178 pounds on January 2012. I want to weigh around 135-140. -Weigh 130 -Be healthier and more active -Fit into a size 6 better (maybe even a size 4!) -Reach the "Excellent" level on the Push-up and Crunch Challeneges
My Program:
-Exercise at least 5 times a week -Drink 8 glasses of water a day -Eat healthy -Keep calories under 1600 a day -Aim for at least 2 servings of fruits and vegetables a day

I'm a senior in high school and plan to go to college the following year. I'd like to be accepted into a pharmacy program at WVU.
