Picking myself back up!

Since January 2009, I have been calorie counting and have had some success (lost 60 pounds) and some failures (gained 40 back)... I'm starting a new doctor recommended lifestyle which is very low carb. My family has a history with diabetes and sugar problems, so my doctor feels that this is the best way to lose weight and stay healthy without the crazy scale swings.

I decided to use Spark People again to gain the support I need to start and stick with this new lifestyle.
