My Goals:
To understand why I eat when I am not necessarily hungry. How to be satisfied with a couple of bites of something rather than eat the whole thing when I KNOW I don't care to eat it...

My Program:
Work out at work at least 3 times a week and walk my dog at least once a weekend. I'd like to run a 3k if possible.

Other Information:
Love Dean Koontz books. Like to travel.
