My Goals:
I am at my goal and want to maintain it and make it a way of life! I do NOT want to continue to be a yo-yo dieter as I have been in the past.

My Program:
I lost 35 pounds using no flour/no sugar. Now, I need to figure out how to maintain that loss, which is more difficult than actually being on the strict plan. I do an hour of cardio and strength training (light hand weights, resistance band, etc.) about six days a week.

Personal Information:
With two kids,a part-time teaching job and the usual "stuff," I'm busy but I want to keep exercise a priority! I feel so much better physically and mentally when I accomplish it early in the day!

Other Information:
Small steps in the right direction...it works in a lot of areas! Trying to keep that in mind!

Yes, definitely try iTunes radio! It's free and I think you will love it. I like the Pop Radio station for jogging. You can also just pick a favorite song you like and they will cater a station around the song you like! I also have plantar fasciatis:( I can't go barefoot (ESPECIALLY first thing in the morning!). I have to wear flip flops in the tile shower too. We lose padding in our feet when we age and when we lose weight. Well...plus the fallen arches. Makes me feel so old! emoticon
