Hi there! I'm on a serious journey to not just lose weight, but refine my whole families' eating habits. In the past two years we have gone from eating anything as long as it was on sale, to local/organic everything!

I'm about to start a month long jaunt of aquatic therapy 3 times a week. Say a prayer.

I'm looking for tips on how to exercise with a lower lumbar bone spur, as well as nerve damage in my abdomen. Basically, things like walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, ...

Eating well can only take you so far. If you're not able to move...what can you do?
