This time it will work!

Hi there, I have been fighting the LB battle for about 6 years now... wow that's a long time. I've had the most success with WW - that is until I got to the lowest point allotment. Once I reached 25 points/day I was always starving. I went to meetings, then I tried to do it online once I moved overseas. No luck. WW is an excellent program, but just not for me. In the battle of the bulge, everything needs to be easy and interesting... or I'll get frustrated and bored - fast. A friend of ...

In the battle of the bulge, everything needs to be easy and interesting... or I'll get frustrated and bored - fast. A friend of mine turned me onto Spark People and I love it. You can tell that a lot of planning and forethought was put into this site. It is so user friendly that I think it will really help me shed my unwanted 30 pounds. (Although here in Europe I'm only 69.36kgs... I like that more, it has a nicer ring to it. hee hee hee!)

Thank you so much for the tips on my insanity message board. Everything that you said on there I will implement. You are so right, Insanity is no joke. I do get a lot of water in. I drink atleast 2 bottles during the work out. I've been eating healthy way before I started insanity so I don't have to worry about that part too much. But any tips to make sure I do this right is welcomed and greatly appreciated. emoticon emoticon

Welcome to the insanity family! You are going to enjoy it! Feel free to ask any questions regarding the program. It is intense, tough, and addictive. Overall, it changes lives! LET'S GO! You can bring Fluffy along, too!
