Every Single Day.
I recently lost 12 pounds using SP and I only went as far as stage 2 in the plan. I found I was doing really well and quit coming to the site for a while. Then I started to stagnate and began emotionally eating again, and I have gained back 5 pounds in the last week or so. So I'm setting new goals and continuing towards my healthy weight and fitness level by committing to daily healthy eating and some exercise every single day. Here we go!

I live in London, Ontario, Canada with my boyfriend Christopher, and 2 wonderful pets: C.C. the cat and Lola the ferret.
Other Information:
I'm fairly liberal and left of center. I'm a vegetarian for almost 10 years. I have a keen interest in health and nutrition. I work as a Medical Laboratory Assistant. I'm spiritual. I've been Pagan for over 20 years, practicing for over 10. I love food a little too much, and I love exercise a little too little. I'm not in terrible shape, but not in great shape either. I'm working to improve these things!
