I've let myself get back out of shape and instead of just being mad about it and not doing anything--I've gotta get in gear and get back to where I was. I need to do this for myself--self esteem, mental health, general health, and to be able to believe it when my husband tells me I'm beautiful. I'm giving myself 8 months to lose at least 45 lbs. This time I'm confident and determined. I want this. And I'm gonna make it happen!
