I am now 6 months post op. I have lost a total of 80 pounds and am a stall. OK, so I eat wrong and I am going to get back on track. I want to lose 40 more pounds.
So my day looks like this: I have a Premier Protein drink in the morning Cup of tea with Splenda about an hour after the protein drink Lunch is generally a boiled egg or ham and cheese rolled up with perhaps a few fresh veggies (mostly cauliflower cause I love it) about 2 hours (maybe 3) I have another "snack" of yogurt or cheese, depending on what I had for lunch Dinner is mini meatloaf and steamed veggies or a chicken strip (I sometimes just marinate and cook the strip but sometimes I cut it into bite sized pieces and stir fry it with fresh veggies
If I get hungry later and start getting the munchies, I will have either another protein drink or fresh veggies.
Now, all of the above being said, this is my back on track plan. I started it last week. I have become very complacent and started eating way too many carbs and all the wrong carbs. I know what I have done and why so no comments from the peanut gallery. 217 days ago
Stay Warm! Lately when I start to get cold I march in place to get my blood moving. Then I usually bundle up with a blanket and take a nap! LOL! It was 39 degrees when I woke up. Cold for Florida! I allow myself a hot cocoa at night if it is too cold. So far I haven't put my heat on this winter. Hooray for hot flashes! LOL! 1139 days ago
