Hi Just checking in to see how you are and how the weight loss is coming. Wondering if you will make your Sep 30 goal. I am 3.4 lbs from MY goal which I set for myself and not what someone or something thinks I should weigh. I am feeling lighter and healthier but am a little apprehensive about the maintaining because I haven't been successful before. This time I have changed my attitude and have not looked at loosing the weight as being on a diet but rather thinking of it as a lifestyle change. I've joined a Maintenance Team and have been reading many many blogs!
