I am working very hard to accomplish a healthy life style. I ride my recumbent bike and my out door bike most days..making a total distance of 6-8 miles logged. I am incorporating walking too..This has been a huge challenge for me. I don't walk well..( a catch 22..I am overweight so its hard to walk..so I don't walk..and when I don't walk I gain more weight and my ability to walk is diminished. I NEED to walk..I started out slowly..only 1/4 the first day of walking on the school track..then biking home to do a mile with the DVD Leslie Sansone's Walk Diet. Like I said its a challenge..and I am not perfect with my walking..but I am doing it !! ..

Evening Leanie! If you give up now, how will you ever know you could have succeeded? No matter the cost or sacrifice, keep pushing yourself beyond your own boundaries. Make this minute the minute of decision and break free of your self-made limitations!!

Hello Leanie. I thought I’d share a personal observation that seemed to have been a popular one. I hope you don’t mind if I share it again:

Every fat cell acquired through life is accompanied with either a good or bad memory. No wonder losing weight is such an emotional journey!

    DON'T GIVE UP!!

Howdy Leanie! If we can’t do 1 sit-up, why set a goal to do 100 sit ups by the end of the week? Although we may have the desire to set miraculous goals, temper them with reality and tone the goals down into achievable goals…then we will reap a feeling of success instead of failure and frustration. Another new day is here! You're doing great! Keep up the hard work and sacrifices!
