Stay Inspired! Don't Go It Alone!

I have to be honest. Sometimes I don't feel like the brightest candle in the window, but at least my flicker has not gone out. I admit my weaknesses. . .mainly sweets. You know, the sweet chocolately stuff! I say that as I begin to unwrap yet another piece of Dove dark chocolate. . .No I do not have it that often.
But I have a problem of thinking I can go it alone. . . and it's ongoing. Part of winning is admitting where you are the most vulnerable. As this little piece of Dove ...

As this little piece of Dove dark chocolate is melting in my mouth. . .I realize there are some little joys in life I am just not willing to give up. Yes I know all those sayings like "It doesn't taste as good as skinny feels". well, I can't vouch for that because I've never been skinny. And this little piece of chocolate tastes great.
Bottom line is I do need to lose weight and that's why I'm here for support- - -to give some and receive some.

I SAY THIS TO DRASTICALLY REDUCE THE AMOUNT OF ANIMAL PRODUCTS IN MY DAILY DIET.

EXERCISE AND ACTIVITY:
10,000 + steps a day
Strength training 3x a week

TO stayonsparkpeople!!!

To only eat small portion of sweets 1 day a week

Do my aerobics and walking dvd's 5 days a week

I am transitioning to a no grain or dairy plant-based diet. . . although I still use 0 fat greek yogurt and cream in my coffee. (I allow for 3 coffees a week)
TEA WITH STEVIA IS MY GO TO DRINK!! LUV IT!

NOT SURE YET??? FOR NOW MY GOAL IS TO STAY ON SPARK PEOPLE AND REMAIN INSPIRED

I'm happily married to the most wonderful man in the world!

I love reading and writing. I also stay active with some forms of low impact exercise such as walking, doing at home workout DVDs and cycling.


My career as a flight attendant- iniitally led me to this site to help me strike a balance with my irregular schedule and even crazier always- on-the go eating habits.

Thanks for the encouragement! I think I'm going to wait just a couple more weeks to try on those 16s. It will be a sweet and successful day to slide into a pair of those puppies.
