My Goals:
I want to lose 5 to 7 pounds.

My Program:
I will do exercises 3 times per week minimum, 7 times per week maximum.

I will consume between 1200 and 1500 calories each day.

Personal Information:
I am a farm girl, using the word "girl" very loosely, as I will be 77 years old on 09\09\11, and I am retired. Two grown children, 6 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren.

Other Information:
I read everything, even cereal boxes. I love to read mysteries. My husband and I have been married for 60 years on Aug 17, 2011, are politically conservative, and read many conservative publications.

I came to your page because of a comment you had left on training for a charity run or walk. I am sorry that for whatever reason you can no longer train for a charity event. I am sure if it is a charity you want to support there are other ways.

I don't run at all and right now I am not walking that great either.
As long as you do what you can for the things that matter that has to be enough.
