Fall 5% Challenge: Lose 5% of current weight, which means my goal this challenge is to lose
One pound a week - slow but sure. Keep on keepin' on ... 60 minutes a day of exercise, clean and healthy eating. I MUST learn to not binge eat when I'm tired or stressed. "If it isn't hunger, then FOOD won't fix it."
Retired. Love gardening, cooking and music. Getting out for my four-mile daily walks is a joy in the sunshine. Not so much joy in cold weather! Three grandkids nearby, so they are here often. Those are times I find it hard to stay on track.
This is my 5th challenge and I found the first three to be SO helpful in my weight loss journey that I'm now hooked. Thank you Spark People!
