Will be starting the 5% Spring Challenge soon. I really need the accountability ... I've lost control. I will be following the No-S Diet guidelines (No Sweets, No Snacks, No Seconds, except sometimes on S-Days, which are Saturday, Sunday and Special Days, i.e., holidays). I eat high fiber, and drink lots of water. I exercise 30 minutes a day and aim for 12,000 steps a day.

My Goals:
Staying with the NoS plan (for life) because it is healthy and comfortable and it works. Minimum exercise of 30 minutes and at least 8 glasses of water each day. Healthy, fresh, whole and natural foods (not processed).

Final goal: 150

My Program:
NoS Diet
I have found NoS so helpful that I am concentrating on it alone. It has repaired my binge eating and brought back a healthy relationship with food.

Personal Information:
Retired. Love flower gardening, cooking and music. Getting out for my daily walks is a joy in the sunshine. Not so much joy in cold weather! Three grandkids nearby, so they are here often. Those are times I find it hard to stay on track.

Gosh, I really hope NoS becomes a way of life for me. I've always been pretty healthy eater, and active. I guess you could say I like healthy food, but I have an unhealthy relationship with it.
My compulsive snacking habit has never let me feel true hunger, and has even, mentally, taught me to fear it.

I am SO ready to once and for all stop obsessing about calories in vs. exercise out and all of it! I have been doing this for way to long and I lament how much of my vitality has been lost to this way of thinking.
