Drink 8 or more glasses of water daily
Track everything I eat good or bad
Exercise 30 to 60 min. daily
Strength Train 4 days a week


My Program:
Eat 1200 to 1550 calories a day.
Walk/run 5 days a week with 1 being a 5k.
Strength Train mon & Thur. upper & lower body Core & Abs on Tue. & Fir. Rest day Wed. & Sat. or Sun.
