My name is Denise I'm glad to be on Sparkpeople I been a member from September 2012. In the spring of 2013 I started my first 5 % Challenge I learned a lot from them. I LOVE being a part of the AWESOME A TEAM. Over the last year I have lost 10 pounds I have manged to keep it off I know it's not a lot but to me it's a success.
