My Goals:
To live my life at peace and be happy with my body





My Program:
Usually morning workouts with 20 min yoga, Pilates, and an ab workout. T-zone vibration while at work. Workout videos, or classes at the gym are my favorite!!
I'm taking 3 exercise courses in school this semester: Aerobics, Powertone and Pilates.
I go to personal training for 1 hour 3x/week with my whole family and he works us very intensely!
listening to Paul Mckenna's subconscious programming, go to the gym for variety, hiking and cycling.

Thanks for your sweet comment on my page! And, I am so sorry it took so long to get back to you. I left SparkPeople while I was pregnant, but now my baby is seven weeks old, and I am ready to focus on weight loss again. Congrats on all you have lost! Have you found any healthy foods that you really enjoy and help? I am especially struggling with breakfast. Ugh!
