New beginnings!
The years a flying by and I am no closer to where I want to be. I am closer to figuring out why I keep sabotaging myself and a private journal is helping me work through issues I didn't even know I had. I have figured out the following: I am a binge eater. I don't binge like you would think, I don't sit and eat an entire pack of cookies at a sitting but if I even have one cookie it snowballs to the point were I put on 5 pounds before I can get it back under control. ...

I am closer to figuring out why I keep sabotaging myself and a private journal is helping me work through issues I didn't even know I had. I have figured out the following: I am a binge eater. I don't binge like you would think, I don't sit and eat an entire pack of cookies at a sitting but if I even have one cookie it snowballs to the point were I put on 5 pounds before I can get it back under control. I can not eat carbs and lose weight. If for whatever reason my body will not allow me to eat carbs. I have had weeks were i eat 1300 calories (spark is allowing 1250-1600) and I GAIN weight. If I eat the same amount of calories from veggies and fruit only, I lose weight at an incredible speed. I don't know why but this is how it is and so I can not have breads with every meal. Once a day is about the most my body will let me have. sodium is the devil.....yes not carbs but sodium. It can make your body lie to the scale, make you feel fat, make you look fat, and cause all kinds of health problems....my main problem...I love it! This one is a hard one to cut out because it can be in everything. So watch those processed foods!!

My Goals:
Mini goal in progress of just completing the Insanity workouts for the first section (15 days) that's when the next fit test is.
My Program:
Insanity- Doing it proper everyday is the goal. Eating my five meals a day and keeping them each about 300 calories. Along with 6 days of workouts and Sundays off. I also walk with a friend 6 days a week just so she gets off her butt.
Personal Information:
I am a mom of five, four boys and one girl. I am starting at 198lbs and will be 135lbs by my 15 year anniversary trip which is next summer. 6/24/2012-196
