Bikini Fitness Model

Yip that's my ultimate health and fitness goal.... to look like a bikini fitness model. I am a 26 year old (soon 27) career oriented woman and I just seriously started my weight loss journey with spark people. At this point my biggest challenge is to achieve a more balanced fulfilling life whilst mainting focus on my career. My Goals:
Lose 26lbs by April 2013.

Goal Weight
16th April, 2013- 121lbs (shopping for clothes)




My Program:
Eat 1300-1500 calories per day

Limit sodium consumption between 500-1500mg per day

Sleep at least 7 hours per day (right now 6 tops)

Cardio 3x per week for 60mins

Personal training 3x per week

Setting goals with realistic and attainable deadlines

planning weekly and daily

Reviewing my performance daily and weekly

Learning from mistakes

Prayers, worship and bible study 1x daily

Daily affirmation and visualisation exercises

Not worrying... pray

Pamper myself 1x weekly

Have fun with friends 1x weekly

Meet new people

Do something new 1x monthly

Other Information:
My success can only be achieved through consistency.
