I am a work in progress...which means I am human, LOL! I am again picking up the pieces after some harsh times.
This time, my daughter who is living with severe disability, will be working with me. She doesn't want me to put myself second anymore to help her out.
I think we will be a winning team, both getting healthier and using the buddy system!
1. I will choose a cardio workout for myself 4 days each week of at least 10 minutes per session, strength training exercises 3 days each week of at least 10 minutes per session, and some type of stretching exercise every day.
2. I will turn off my computer by 10pm every week night to ensure I get to sleep on time.
3. I will experiment using alternative ingredients that are healthier when fixing my old recipes.
I've started by letting others know that I am setting some boundaries around my availability to help them. I know a lot about healthful eating and exercise and now I am going to work this program by taking care of my emotional and physical needs.
