My Metabolism Needs a Tune Up

Now that I'm in my 30's I gain weight much faster and its hard to get it off. I also don't truly enjoy my food.. I eat just to eat. Its just become a bad habit to not eat right. I have always been a yo-yo dieter and struggling with my weight has been consistent since childhood.

LEMONCHEESECAKE ..in all my years on SP i have never left a group because of a rude team leader. Well, today is the day. Its okay, all my other groups are full of sweet and encouraging leaders and members. ,

I supervise a day program for special needs adults. I am a pretty mellow person.. enjoy quiet time reading, watching tv or going to the gym.

I love cats. I have Churchill, my 8 year old cat who is my furry sweetie!!!

Hope you did well on your challenge last week. Look it over to remind you of what you committed to try and work into do. Unless you know all of it. I wrote mine on a tablet too, so as not to have to look it up repeatedly. Week 2 coming up, Let's give it our very best . I would like to have an overall weight check at the end to see how well we did. emoticon emoticon
