To be able to excercise without my knees and ankles hurting

To be healthy , and not get diabetes or heart disaease

To fit in a single digit dress ( a really really cute one!)

To feel better about myself when I look in the mirror

tracking what I eat via the nutrtion tracker

I am attempting to take control of what I eat by learning to cook my own food

learning to say no to high carb sweets (which is HARD! AUGH)

Excercising 5 days a week, walk/jogging at least 2 miles a day

adding core excercises and light weights to what used to be a cardio only work out.

Thank you for your comment on my blog! And, yes, it's good for me to look back to see what I've accomplished and to embrace that, but I do think I was letting it define me! Time to move forward and accomplish something new!

Ah, thanks for your kind words. I know you wouldn't like the fall! But I do appreciate the like on the running. I am going to run 1,000 miles this year, and since I've never tracked my non-race miles I'm not sure how amazing a goal this is, but i'm going into it believing it to be amazing!
