Making Changes!

2/24/2013:
I am down to my final 5-10 lbs and working on bodyfat. I am exercising and eating right... feeling super!

I am feeling GREAT! I have lost about 15 pounds. I jump started with the Advocare 24 Day Challenge and am plugging along. I have NO anxiety. I have completely revamped my diet and am including some supplements. I haven't felt this good in years. I am excited and can actually see my goal! The clouds are gone.

I need a fresh start.
I forgive myself.

Since I last visited here in 2009, I have dealt with severe anxiety and depression. Prescription drugs have ravaged my body. I need to stop the insanity!

Here I sit, 30 plus heavier forgiving myself.

In order to jump start my fresh start, I have signed up for the WarriorDash (warriordash.com) in June. I plan on taking my mind and body back, anxiety cannot have it anymore, it's mine.

I will lose 30 lbs by 5/31/2010 and will be off prescription medication. I am taking control back.

my CHALLENGE team has an 5 day mini-challenge.........
today i challenge you to do this... right now... its easy...

turn your head to the right, hold it and count to 5
now to the left for 5 counts
look way up for 5
now down for 5

move your arms up/down like a seated jumping jack 5 times

walk 20 steps

reach your fingers toward your toes, count to 5

now sit back down.... don't you feel good!!?!! lol
