Long term goals- finish my criminal justice degree, lose 40 lbs.
Short term goals- Lose 17 pounds for a wedding I am attending this summer and be able to spend more time with my boyfriend.
I am a total health freak (that doesnt mean i dont slip up though.) I LOVE exercising, I never would have guessed because Physical Education was my WORST enemy back in the day, lol. My "program" is nothing more than eating healthy and workout out daily.
