Thank you! It's much harder holding on a healthier lifestyle, but it's worth it. I'm still trying to juggle going out with friends and still losing the rest of my weight. The most important thing is that you never give up.
Yes, I love Jillian Michael. She's awesome! I started my weight loss journey working out at home. I have been doing her workout DVD mostly. For a few months, I was working out at the gym. Now, I'm back to working out at home for the summer... I just started doing Jillian Micheals Total Body Makeover this week. (I really get bored of doing the same workouts so I change up locations and works out every 4-5 weeks because your body gets used to your workouts quickly.
