Working to be Better

Hi I'm Leslie and I am 52 years old. I have chronic daily migraines that have made it very hard for me to be consistent with my diet and exercise routines in the past, but I have them somewhat under control right now and I am determined to get this weight off for good.

I am getting ready to start the "2013 Fall 5% Challenge". While doing this I will exercise at least 15 minutes daily for the 8 weeks of the challenge. I will follow the Gluten Free Flat Belly Diet. I will do my part ...

I will do my part to help my team by sticking to my plan, recording my daily exercise, tracking what I eat, recording my weight once a week, checking in with the team daily and commenting on discussions and/or blogs when I can.

"Many things are simply not going to happen with just one, or three, or even a dozen attempts. Yet anything becomes possible with enough persistence.
Keep going, and allow your efforts to build upon one another. Keep going, and transform the disappointments into achievements.
You have what it takes to keep going, because all it ever takes is just one more step forward.
Keep going, and work your way steadily to the richest rewards you can imagine."
-- Ralph Marston
