I would like to improve my diet and exercise plan.
And, using flylady, I hope to get my apartment all clean and organized.

I also belong to quitnet.com.
I am tracking my food daily, and trying to increase the amount of exercise I am doing.
I am trying to 'get with' flylady's program......

I am currently living on the shores of Georgian Bay in ON, Canada, but I have lived in many places in both Canada and the US, and have also travelled to Europe, the Caribbean, and Ecuador.

We don't have to be perfect, we just have to make an effort. No more excuses, just do what needs to be done, the best way you can. Even if it seems very little, you are doing more than the person who is sitting on the sofa. So spend you thoughts on thinking about moving each day and keep focused on your goal! Go for the priceless prize...a healthier you. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

Thanks for stopping by and reading my rant. Yea i have dealt with mentally challenged kids since i was a kid myself, my cousin had two little girls that was in that condition and it was a joy to be around them and that is where i learned to go with the flow and not cause trouble...it was a old hat anyway...Yes the new toy was in the garage and collected a lot of dust and muck so it will get a bath tonight and that way when i make the fat cry in the morning she is all clean...i just need to get some more pins for the accessories but i can deal with that. and the You-tube has a bunch of videos i can use to get familiar with all teh different exercises....thanks for reading all of my rants...

Thanks Leslie, yes it did turn around but later in the day my knees started to panging real hard and it took 3 Tylenol to stop that , but it helped me sleep a little better also, so a lesson learned, a Tylenol at bedtime might do me good,,,LOL...have a great day my friend!!!
