Here to lose 100 pds before im 40. I started at 318 want to be at 200 by April 2,2015
I have decided to add changes I see / feel in myself as I lose weight. I think this will help keep me motivated and on track.
1. I have noticed was sleeping better. I had been waking up and almost had to prop myself up to breathe.
2. My face / neck. Under my chin looks more defined.
3. Size 24 pans almost falling off.

My little dog has plenty of room between me and the steering wheel in my car :)
3. I wore my size 20 :) I could really see a difference in my loss after the news jeans. There cute and I got them at the junk store for $3.
4. Went line dancing and didn't feel like I was out of breath.
