I am trying to lose weight for the millionth time. I am obese, and have been for a long time. I am 50 now, and have a teenager in the house. If I don't get healthy now, when will I?

I broke my ankle in 3 places in September. Now I am in a wheel chair and using a walker as needed. Trying to use this as a motivation tool and not a wall to not lose weight.

My Goals:
to lose enough weight to be healthier. I want to be able to by clothes in a regular store, and not one for obese people

My Program:
I am going to work the changes and track what I eat. Make the best choices I can for each day, and exercise as much as I can fit in.

Personal Information:
I am warm and kind person. I consider myself a Christian and I do the best I can every day to maintain stability in my life.

Other Information:
I like country music, country life, and am doing the best I can raising my family.
