Family Wellness Is Our Goal!

Hi there! I am am a married (almost 28 years now!!!) mother of a whole lot of very special children and angels. I work full time and my amazing hubby takes care of our awesome kids.

Hi there! I am am a married (almost 28 years now!!!) mother of a whole lot of very special children and angels. I work full time and my amazing hubby takes care of our awesome kids.

I have yo-yo'd since I was ten (yes indeed), I found things that worked then thought I was smarter. Several years ago I found something that actually worked and lost 100 lbs. Unfortunately, I thought "I had it beat" and gained backall of that. The last several years I've been jumping from diet to diet making no progress because I didn't make a real commitment to anything, food or exercise.

My goals include increasing my fitness considerably. I have access to a pool year round so my first goal will be to re-start lap swimming at least 5 days a week.

I also have to plan my food a week in advance and prepare it nightly for the next day. This goes a long way to getting me to where I want to be.

My first goal...back to the 100 I had originally lost! After that, anything goes!

This time, our entire family is on board as we all need to be healthier. This should go a long way to keeping us all on track.

My first goal is to get back on track by logging everything I eat, drinking all my water and moving daily. We will see what comes next.

My program is easy...Eat properly, LOG EVERYTHING, drink all my water and exercise every day!

I love to swim and bike ride.

Other Information:
I am the Mom of many special children! Being a Mom is not an excuse, it is a reason to continue toward your goals!

You can be!!!

Be good to your body and mind today.
Exercise, make healthy food choices, drink some H2O, breathe deeply and SMILE.

Just wanted to say hello :) I really need a boost... I am pushing myself to get back into the groove...I had some chips and candy corn last night NOT GOOD...how did they even get into the house ?lol :)
