Exercise for FUN and feeling great!

I started working toward this goal a long time ago, a few months after having my first child. He's almost 4 now, and I've had another little guy in the meantime! I'm having an awesome time exercising regularly: playing roller derby, doing yoga, dancing, and kick-ass strength training! I'm loving the journey, putting my focus on feeling strong, feeling powerful, feeling good, instead of looking a certain way. Loving seeing those muscles develop and fat melt away though!

Cutting out fatty foods that give me nothing but guilt and extra baggage, cardio 3-4x/wk, strength training 2-3x/wk.
