Making kitchen magic.

This year it's gonna happen, I'm gonna stick to a plan even if it kills me. I'm 31, tired of the aches and pains and no energy to play with my kids. I'm doing weight watchers points plus tracking my food and so far it's working. I've set goals for each month to live by and I've been sticking to them. GOOOOOOO ME!

I love to curl up with a good book. I think that's why I gained weight, I can't stop reading! I like taking my kids to the zoo and park. But lately I spend more time inside. My hubby and I love to cook and as such we make very large fattening meals.

You can do it!!! I understand, because I too have difficulty motivating myself to work out. Once I start I'm fine, it's getting started that is difficult!! We can do this-if you need a buddy I'm here.
