Doing It For Me!

I am the wife of a wonderful man for the past 19 years. Also, I am the mother of two teen age daughters. I have spent most of my time making sure everyone needs are met. I am the type that hates to tell those whom I love no. However, I have finally decided that its ok and I will start putting me at the top of my to do list. So, I have proclaimed that this is my time and I will take care of me. So, spark friends I am here and I am Doing It For Me.

Every fat cell acquired through life is accompanied with either a good or bad memory. No wonder losing weight is such an emotional journey!

Howdy! If we can’t do 1 sit-up, why set a goal to do 100 sit ups by the end of the week? Although we may have the desire to set miraculous goals, temper them with reality and tone the goals down into achievable goals…then we will reap a feeling of success instead of failure and frustration. Another new day is here! You're doing great! Keep up the hard work and sacrifices!

It's super Saturday! If you've ever been late for work. Late for a date. Felt too old to change. Missed the boat/train. Fell off the wagon. Took a sabbatical. Derailed while on vacation. Bad stuff happened in life. It’s okay to be late. All LATE stands for is:

A-t
T-he
E-xperience

Then get back on track. There’s years worth of empty days ahead to fill with good positive choices!
