My Weight Loss Journey

I am 26 years old and I joined this site hoping it will help me stay motivated to lose weight and keep it off. Over the last 2 years I have lost weight by tracking and excersing regularly, but always managed to gain some of the weight back. I am ready to give up my bad habits and begin this journey once again!!

My Goals:
Current Weight: 175lbs
Goal: 125lbs by May 2013

Give up my daily Grande Starbucks Caramel Frap.

Get to the gym at least 4x a week for cardio & strength training

Stop the snacking in the evenings.

My Program:
I am hoping to track daily as I noticed in the past it helped me stay within 1200-1500 calories per day.

Exercise.
