Post College Fitness

Hello! My name is Nicole. I just graduated from college were I was a member of the swim team. I am working on getting back into shape! My goals are to lose about 10 pounds, but more importantly, I would like to shed fat and build lean muscle! I love to work out and eat healthy, but I do have a big sweet tooth (its my downfall sometimes!!) I also love to be out in the sun on the beach; summer is my favorite season. I also love to be creative, which is why I got my degree in Graphic Design (:

I plan on lifting 5x/week (for 30 minutes at a time) & doing cardio 6x/week (for 45 mintues at a time)

Thank you for the blog comment! I'm going to try really hard to eat more and see what happens. It's just hard mentally. I've never restricted to the point of disorder before but some days when I get frustrated I do fear that it could happen eventually. I'm going to do my best to not let it happen and see how it goes.

I read what looks to be your last blog post but it's from 8/2013. Let me say that it felt like something I would have written. You say the same thing, that you think you need to eat more. How have you been doing with that?

You also mentioned problems with your brother and his fiance and it always being about her. Man, that's like my bro and his wife! Doesn't matter what anyone else says or does, it's her way or the high way. Super frustrating. I hope eventually your family supports you more and doesn't let her have all the control.
