I am a 48 year old who has been with Spark People since August of 2009. It had been a wonderful journey. I was active on the sight until mid 2010. I got off track and what a mistake I made. I had been feeling the best I felt in years and let that slip away. I'm back and hope to stay active and pro-active.

Fitness Minutes: 12,782

My Goals:
It's time to re-assess my goals since I have managed to achieve all that were set for myself.
Goal 6 is now # 1.
1. Run a mile by my B-day 3/2
Accomplished
2. To be under 180 lbs by 3/1/10
3. Mini goal ski trip in March I've never skied before
4. New hair do end of March only if I can lose 10 lbs in the month.
5. July summer vacation 150.
6. Lets go water skiiing.


My Program:
1. Gym 3 times a week at least
2. 45 minutes cardio fitness 3 times a week
3. I take the steps whenever they are available. Most days!
4.Strength training 3 times a week
5. Shoot baskets b-ball 15 minutes during lunch



Personal Information:
My name is Lynn and I have struggled with weight issues since I was in my early 20's. I am single and living in the greater NYC area. I would love to move back to the mid-west and be close to my favorite state of MI and my second home. I have a college age son and am a huge sports fan. College football is the best.


Other Information:
Favorite college football team is Michigan. I am becoming a huge Clemson fan as my son attends school there. Yankee Baseball and NJ Devils Hockey are close seconds. Hopefully by summer of 2010 I am able to play Tennis again and challenge my son to a good match.
