My name is Lianne, I'm 27 years young and tired of being fat! My entire family has always been overweight, we were never taught proper nutrition or the value of exercise/physical activity. My Goals:
My overall goal is to lose 140 lbs as well as tone my body. I would still be curvy at that weight but actually healthy. I really want to maintain curves, I think they are the essence of femininity and beautiful!!

My Program:
Gym 5-6x a week: all 5 days with at least 20 mins cardio. 2 days using weight training for arms/back/chest and 2 other days using weight training for legs and abs. Trying to track my food, stay within the nutritional guidelines set and attempting to up my veggie count!

Howdy Lianne! If we can’t do 1 sit-up, why set a goal to do 100 sit ups by the end of the week? Although we may have the desire to set miraculous goals, temper them with reality and tone the goals down into achievable goals…then we will reap a feeling of success instead of failure and frustration. Another new day is here! You're doing great! Keep up the hard work and sacrifices!

It's super Saturday, Lianne! If you've ever been late for work. Late for a date. Felt too old to change. Missed the boat/train. Fell off the wagon. Took a sabbatical. Derailed while on vacation. Bad stuff happened in life. It’s okay to be late. All LATE stands for is:

Then get back on track. There’s years worth of empty days ahead to fill with good positive choices!

Super Friday! Those negative thoughts we get, the negative comments or negative posts some people leave on our page or feed are like gangrene…cut them out! You’re already beautiful!
