making each moment matter

Now 50 something (51) and determined to have a healthy decade! I live in Johannesburg, South Africa and love this city and country. I am vegetarian (have been since my 20s), and a very happily single parent of an 18 year old gorgeous daughter.. Finally found some exercise that I can get to and actually like (yoga, pilates depending on instructor and dancing). Hi Libby,

I hope you do not mind me adding you as a friend. I did so as I felt moved to do this by your wonderful comments made on Adagio's "Farewell Madiba Mandela's" blog.

I truly believe him to have been the nearest thing on this planet to a genuine living inspiration. Having not only achieved true love and peace in his own country but in ours and many others too.

There were massive racial problems in South London here in the UK that were quite simply extinguished in one swoop when he visited Britain. The love Britain felt for Madiba I believe is only 2nd to the love it felt for Princess Diana.

To lead is to serve and to serve is to lead. This is so obviously why Mandela will eventually go down as the greatest leader this world has and probably will ever see.

I live in hope that that mother earth can build on his wonderful foundation of genuine love.

Please feel free to add me as a friend too. I look forward to conversing with you in 2014 and beyond.

Cheers

Trev

Thanks for stopping by and commenting on my blog. I think you're right about just getting it out of our system... as long as it doesn't result in an ongoing problem. Still don't like that mindless feeling, though. Hope all is well with you!
