W1D1 was 09/03/12. (done) - Actually participate in a 5k. (done) - Fit into size 8 jeans. Yes that's superficial, but it would be awesome! *************************** What can I say...I'm tired of the yo-yo effect, and the way I feel about myself sometimes. I always start off well but seem to fall back. I am here because I need to make a change in my life. I want to be healthy and feel good about myself. I just realized the other day that for all the dieting I have done over the years I currently weigh the exact same weight as before my son was born. He is now almost 17. So, 17 years later...absolutely no progress. Sad...

My Goals:
Fit into size 8 jeans. I don't want to be superficial, but I really need to see that number for motivation. Participate in a 5k - 10/20/12 - Los Vaqueros Tarantula 5k Run - 47:39 11/04/12 - Mt Diablo Trail Adventure - 44.25 Since pulling a groin muscle in Nov 2012, I haven't jogged. I need to get back into it!
My Program:
Tracking my food on SP. I take classes at the gym about five days a week. SP walk/jog 5k training program. (done) SP running program (didn't finish due to injury)
Personal Information:
I live in California with my family.
Other Information:
I love relaxing at home and watching movies with my husband. Action and horror movies are my favorite. I used to love reading, but I just don't seem to find the time to pick up a good book these days.
