My Goals:
My goals are to create and maintain the healthiest life possible. To commit to a diet of healthy eating and a life that includes regular exercise. This year I am focusing on running and strength. I would like to be able to motivate and teach others what a healthy lifestyle can do for not only your body, but your emotional health as well.

Running goals:
- Mission Bay St. Patrick's Day 10K
- Lake Havasu Half
- Disney Half
- San Diego Rock n Rock Half
- Las Vegas Rock n Roll Half November 2013 - Finished 11/17/13
- Liverpool Rock n Roll Half May 2014..or 2015
- To run a marathon...just not sure which one...London?! Definitely London!!


My Program:
My nutrition program is still eating unprocessed, "real" food. I've learned to love food in its natural state and am having a great time using new spices to up some flavors.

My name is Brenda, I'm 45 years old, I'm blessed with two children ages 24 and 19. I love healthy living and strive to live it every day. I love to run!

Hello. I hope you are doing well. Great job on finishing your half marathon earlier this month. It's (I can't see what I'm typing) perseverance that keeps going. Keep up the great work! Have fun training for your race in June. Don't forget about fueling properly too!

Hi Brenda I just stopped by to wish you a wonderful week . Decembers flying by... as the holidays quickly approach. Im tryimg not to stress out and remember what the season means. I hope you get to see your love for X-mas ,as I know i you miss him so much.
