My Goals:
My goals are to create & maintain the healthiest life possible. To commit to a diet of healthy eating & a life that includes regular exercise. I am an avid runner. For 2015 I am training to complete 3 half marathons for half fanatic status. This is my favorite distance and this year I am working on speed, hoping for a PR!

I would like to be able to motivate and teach others what a healthy lifestyle can do for not only your body, but your emotional health as well.

Running goals:
- San Diego Rock n Rock Half - June 2014 - finished!
- Los Angeles Rock n Roll Half - October 2014 - finished!
- Las Vegas Rock n Roll Half - November 2014 - finished!
- Girls on the run 5k - May 2015 - finished!
- San Jose Rock n Roll Half - September 2015 - finished!
- Los Angeles Rock n Roll Half - October 2015 - finished!
- Las Vegas Rock n Roll Half - Nov 2015 - finished!
- To run 3 halfs within 90 days to achieve half fanatic status - Qualified!

My Program:
My nutrition program is still eating unprocessed, "real" food. This has helped my weight and running tremendously. I've learned to love food in its natural state and am having a great time using new spices to up some flavors.

My name is Brenda, I'm 46 years old, I'm blessed with two children ages 25 and 20. I love healthy living and strive to live it every day. I love to run!

    The race starts at 7am central time it will be in waves and I am in the 2nd to last wave. They expect all waves to be out by 8am. So you will just have to be awake at 5am :)
