I am fabulous now...and will be fabulous then
I am a weight loss expert. I know everything there is to know about losing weight. I've been on nearly every diet imaginable. I've lost hundreds of pounds. I'm also a nutrition expert. I read nutrition labels religiously. I am primarily vegetarian and eat no meat. I do not ever eat fast food. I shop primarily in the perimeter of the grocery store, not in the middle pre-packaged food area. Oh, and I am also an exercise genius. I can show you how to do pilates, yoga, tai chi, strength ...
I am a weight loss expert. I know everything there is to know about losing weight. I've been on nearly every diet imaginable. I've lost hundreds of pounds. I'm also a nutrition expert. I read nutrition labels religiously. I am primarily vegetarian and eat no meat. I do not ever eat fast food. I shop primarily in the perimeter of the grocery store, not in the middle pre-packaged food area. Oh, and I am also an exercise genius. I can show you how to do pilates, yoga, tai chi, strength train, elliptical, spin, zumba, aerobics - you name it. I bet most of you who read this are just as expert too. But I am not an expert in making any exercise program or nutritional program a forever-lifestyle. And so I've struggled with my weight: highest 265 in 2002; lowest 134 when I was 20 yrs old. And every weight in between. To be very honest, this is who I am: a somewhat chubby, extremely healthy (no medical problems), no red-meat, no fast food, slow 5k running 47 yr old woman. With Spark, I will be a slim, extremely healthy, 10k running 50 yr old with a slammin' body.

Run 2-3 times per week, work up to run 4 times per week. Strength train 3 times per week.
