I am 50+ married married to my best friend and live in Virginia. It's been 4 and 1/2 years since I joined Spark People. It really is a life style change. Sparking right along making new friends and healthier choices. It feels great!! I'm loving this new ME!! I plan to make 2014 the year that I finally reach all of my goals.

5 years have passed.

#3 Eat well every day and exercise at least 5 days a week

My Program:
Log everything I eat.
Eat breakfast, lunch, dinner and 2 snacks. (1,400 calories)


Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily.

cardio 5 days a week
strength train 2-3 days a week.

My name is Arlene. I live with my husband in Virginia. I am a wife, mother of 3 wonderful children, grandmother/Nana to 7 adorabe grandchildren.

I love reading, walking, traveling and cooking. I love meeting new people. But I love, love, love being in the company of family and friends. Especially, DH and the grand-babies! :-)Girls night out can be fun, too!! :-0

Focus on one goal at a time to become a healthier you. Develop an action plan for each goal and finish what you start. Each positive change will lead you to better results. You CAN and WILL turn your GOALS into the results that you are striving for!
